Brittney Oystrick holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Pupil Personnel Service Counseling Credential and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development/Psychology with a minor in Family Studies. She is a proud Mira Costa alumnus, member of the community and feels truly blessed to work at her alma mater. In 2007, Brittney was given an opportunity to intern with the Mira Costa counseling staff and was subsequently hired permanently in 2008 as a School Counselor. Her counseling philosophy is to approach each situation in a holistic manner addressing each student’s academic, personal and social needs. In addition, Brittney strives to help all students achieve their goals and be successful in the future.
