Bienvenidos! I am happy to share a little bit about me..I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and grew up in a bilingual, bicultural family. I'm often asked if I learned English or Spanish first? My response is that I grew up speaking both Spanish and English simultaneously. My parents recognized the importance of having my siblings and I speak both English and Spanish-and speak them well! We spent our vacations and holidays in Mexico which has made me not only know the Spanish language but truly understand the Latin culture. I later received my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Loyola Marymount University, and have since taught every level of Spanish.
