· DECEMBER 11TH @ 9:30AM EMOTIONAL SUPPORT: Teens & tweens today are under increased stress and anxiety. In this session, we’ll talk about signs of depression and how parents can identify the signs and tools to best support their children.
· JANUARY 8TH @ 9:30AM NUTRITION & MOOD: We will discuss how a balanced diet can help balance your child's moods. Ways to approach the topic of healthy foods and help implement into their lives.
· FEBRUARY 5TH @ 9:30AM TECHNOLOGY & SOCIAL MEDIA: The rushed adoption of technology to support distance learning programs, fast tracked many tweens online. Here we will discuss how to set up parameters and rules around screen time and social media.
· MARCH 12TH @ 9:30AM SOCIAL CONNECTIONS DURING COVID: How to keep this alive and prevent your child from feeling lonely.
