Calling all parents, teachers and kids age 7-99! Please join us for a remarkable opportunity to listen to and engage with a national science hero!

Best known for educating the world about science and his Emmy Award-winning PBS show, Bill Nye the Science Guy. Nye has teamed up with children’s novelist and science journalist Gregory Mone, for a book series, Jack and the Geniuses, that offers science-themed mystery adventures for young readers age 8 and above. The Jack and the Geniuses series follows a trio of bright, resourceful kids using science and engineering to solve mysteries - pure genius! 

We invite you to join us for this exciting evening of exploration on September 13th at 6PM in the Mira Costa High School Auditorium, where Nye and Mone will speak about the nature of science in the world around us and answer questions from the audience.

This is a free event, but books will be for sale in the lobby. Seating is limited and must be reserved in advance -   please click here to reserve .
