- “Doppelganger”: a double, or evil, twin. See how cinema students made this theme come to life in their video installation sculptures. On display one day only: Tues. Jan 20 in Room 60 at lunch.
- Students in one-semester classes: Please return all your fall semester class textbooks to the library as soon as you complete your finals. Books become overdue once finals are complete, and are needed for spring semester class students. You can also check out spring semester textbooks as soon as you return your fall books. Be sure to have your ID with you to check out books. Students who need books for one-semester spring classes: Please come to the library to get your books as soon as possible.

SPORTS
- Girls Lacrosse will have a final tryout on Monday, Jan. 19 from 5 -7 pm at the stadium. Bring cleats, stick, mouth guard and goggles.
CLUBS/ORGANIZATIONS
- Did you know? Badminton is the fastest sport in the world. The fastest badminton smash was recorded at 332 km/h (206 MPH). Join the Badminton Club every Monday (TODAY) at lunch in Room 234.
COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER
· Seniors – If you are interested in submitting a Scholarship notebook, please sign up for one of the MANDATORY meetings on Naviance. Meetings will be held during lunch in the CCC on Jan. 20 and 27.
· Juniors, sophomores and freshmen – The U.S. Naval Academy will be holding an information session in the CCC during lunch on Jan. 26. Sign up on Naviance or in the CCC.
· New SCROC classes start Jan. 26. Sign up in the CCC to register for classes with the SCROC representative. Ms. Kelly is available on Mondays, periods 1–3 in the CCC.

· Scholarship Opportunity – The American Legion Oratorical Scholarship Contest is accepting student competitors. State winners receive a four-figure college scholarship and are eligible for the National Competition awarding $14,000 – $18,000 in college scholarships.
