SPORTS
• Girls Lacrosse tryouts this Friday from 3:00-5:00 pm. Meet at the stadium. Bring lacrosse stick, cleats, running shoes, goggles and you MUST have a mouth-guard. No experience necessary. Email Coach Cross if you can’t make it: [email protected].
CLUBS/ORGANIZATIONS
• Cupo club and Richstone club every Wednesday Room 18. Stop by for lots of community service.
• Feeling Spooky? Come to the Art Club Wednesdays at lunch in room 62 this month for chilling creativity – and elections!
• Are you interested in physics? The first meeting of physics club will be Friday 10/17 in Rm. 237 (Lewis). Last week’s meeting was cancelled due to the pep rally.
• UPDATE: There will NOT be a Science Olympiad meeting @ lunch today due to the late start schedule.
• Do you like astronomy? The first meeting of Astronomy Club will be this week on Thursday, 10/16! Come to Room 248 (Bartlett) at lunch!
• The Library Club meets during lunch today. We’ll be organizing a Halloween display. We also meet right after school on Wednesday with fellow virtual book club schools to discuss All Our Yesterdays and author Cristin Terrill will be our special guest. Everyone is welcome.
• Young Philosophers! Join us again in room 53 at lunch Wednesday 10/15 to continue our discussion on personhood and identity – bring your surveys!
• Want to earn community service hours & help people in need? Then come to the American Red Cross Club on Wednesdays in Room 352 at lunch. See you there!
• Come to Drama Club Rm. 1 every Wednesday! We have air conditioning!
• Join us for Key Club, Thursdays in Room 70. Hopping for service!
• Science Olympiad Club meets this Wednesday at lunch in Room 350.
COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER
• PSAT is this Saturday, Oct. 18. Check your room assignment posted outside of the Guidance Office today. Make sure you bring your Student ID or Photo ID on test day – you won’t be permitted to take the test without it.
