• Parent Info night for Spain/Portugal 2016 is on Tuesday, October 14, at 7 pm in room 70. Please tell your parents to attend for more info!
• As much as John Jackson loves each & every one of you, MBMS asks that costa students do NOT visit their campus Wednesday morning (during double late start).
• Come to the art gallery, Room 60, to see the solar storm installation, opening this Friday. The installation will be open until Friday, Oct. 17.
• Reminder! Please pick up your pre-ordered spirit wear next week during lunch period at The Student Store.
• Come buy homecoming tickets in the New Quad at lunch! Ticket price – with ASB sticker, single is $9, couple $16, group - $8 a person. Without ASB sticker – single is $11, couple is $20, group is $10 a person. Prices will change on Monday! See you there!
SPORTS
• Girls Lacrosse tryouts this Friday from 3:00-5:00 pm. Meet at the stadium. Bring lacrosse stick, cleats, running shoes and you MUST have a mouth-guard. No experience necessary. Email Coach Cross if you can’t make it: [email protected].
CLUBS/ORGANIZATIONS
• Science Olympiad Club meets this Wednesday at lunch in Room 350.
• Meet in Room 16 during Lunch for S-Club! We will be talking about our first volunteer opportunity.
• Did you know? Badminton is the fastest sport in the world. The fastest badminton smash was recorded at 332 km/h (206 mph). Join the Badminton Club every Monday @ lunch in Rm. 234.
• Do your thoughts form constellations? Send them to reflections [email protected] to get them published in the literary magazine!
• Come to the Art Club Wednesdays Room 62 at lunch for collaboration and creation.
• Twerk your way down to Dance Club in Room 79 this Tuesday at lunch! Everybody’s welcome to join. Even people who dance like Taylor Swift! (Like, serious, anyone can come.)
