STUDENT INFO
• Attention all students: Who has a dress that they know they will never wear again? If you do, drop it in one of the “Operation Prom” donation boxes and make your old dress someone’s new one! Boxes are located in rooms 40/41, the library and the office.
• ATTENTION NEXT YEAR’S SENIORS AND JUNIORS: The time is here to sign up for parking in the student lot for the 2014-2015 school year. Come to the Guidance Office (see Ms. Gardner) before/after school, during snack or lunch to sign up. Students are not allowed to sign up for their friends. If you currently have a parking permit, a new one is required to park in the lot.
• We had an overwhelming, record-setting number of sign-ups for Scholar Quiz this year. Unfortunately, there is only room for 64 teams. The determining factors for which teams made the final cu were; time of team sheet entry and seniority by grade level. Any teams that signed up after the end-of-lunch bell were removed from consideration. A list of the 64 teams is posted at the student store and at the main office. If a team wants to drop out, let us know ASAP so we can add a team from the wait list. Email us @ [email protected]
• This is advance notice that unfortunately the library will be open for independent visits only on a very limited basis during AP testing. The library will be closed from Monday, May 5 through Wednesday May 14, with these exceptions;
Monday, May 5, open during lunch and Period 5
Thursday, May 8, open during lunch and in the afternoon
Monday, May 12 7:30 am – 12 Noon
Tuesday, May 13, open during lunch and in the afternoon
During these opening times, students can request books from the librarian or volunteers and can use the computers. The rest of the library will be unavailable. The after school program will be held in the CCC.
