• Attention; Detention both before and after school has been moved to Rm. 74. Please report to Rm. 74 to serve your detention.
• For All Students interested in Jazz and The Second Semester Jazz Band, Please come to an informational meeting Friday 1/17 at lunch in the small gym. Bring your lunch, we will start at 12:35
• Sign up for the SAT Savvy Prep class by January 24th & get a discount. For more info go to www.satsavvy.info, Rm. 18, Rm. 331 or the CCC.
• Poetry Out Loud is this Friday, January 17th @ 7pm in the library! Come enjoy the performances of 20 contestants reciting riveting poems. There will also be a poetry open mic while the judges tabulate!
• Japan 2014 meeting TODAY at lunch in Rm. 72, Arigato!
• Winter formal tickets are now on sale! With ASB marker; Single is $44 and a couple is $84. Without ASB Marker: Single is $48 and a couple is $92. Buy your ticket BEFORE FRI. because prices go up next week!
• Students in one-semester classes: Please return all your Fall semester class textbooks to the library as soon as you complete your finals next week. Any semester books returned after Tuesday, January 28 will be charged a $5 late fee. You can also check out Spring Semester textbooks as soon as you return your Fall books. Be sure to have your ID with you to check out books.
CLUBS/ORGANIZATIONS
• Come outside of Rm. 62 for The Sign Language Club. We meet every Wednesday!
• Come to Ms. Vaughan’s room, Rm. 18 every Friday at lunch!
• Come to BSU TODAY at lunch in our new meeting room, Rm. 48!
SENIORS
• Please submit your Mid Year College Report form/request to your Guidance Counselor no later than January 24th. Check with all of your private school colleges to see if they are requiring a mid year report and/or 1st semester senior grades.
SPORTS
• Girls Lacrosse tryouts are on 1/24 at 12:30 – 1:30pm and 1/25 at 2 – 4pm at the stadium. No experience necessary. All participants must have lacrosse goggles and a mouth guard. Please also bring cleats, running shoes and lacrosse stick. Any returners with extras please bring.
