• Ms. Sieker is offering FREE yoga classes for Mustangs every other Thursday at LYFE Yoga in Hermosa Beach from 3:15 – 4:15 p.m., starting next Thursday, September 26th. Come de-stress and calm your nervous system while practicing yoga with a beautiful ocean view! No yoga experience necessary; all are welcome.

• Seniors – Please go to the MCHS website to view the Senior 1st semester calendar for important dates and deadlines.
• Deadline to submit secondary school reports and requests for letters of recommendations to your Guidance Counselor for Early Decision, Early Action, or Restrictive Early Action Applications (Private Colleges) is this Friday, September 20th.
• Yearbook Senior Ad Forms are available for pick up! You can get one from Rm. 9 at lunch or at the office anytime!
SPORTS
• The Boys’ Volleyball Tryout has been postponed until October 1st. See Mr. Cook in Rm. 24 at NUTRITION for details about that tryout, especially those trying out for the first time.
