• Attention Future 11th Grade Dental Student! SoCal ROC is offering Dental Assisting for high school students. This is a one and half year dental assisting program designed for students to prepare them to enter the field of Dental Assisting upon graduating from high school. This is an after school program with free Bus. All supplies and materials are provided for this class. See Pat Morrow in the Career Center.
• AP Students: TODAY is your last day for AP Exam Pre-identification at 3:30pm in the Small Gym. The meeting will last approximately 40 minutes. Students need to be on time and bring a #2 pencil and something on which to write.
• All Students: So Cal ROC has released their schedule for Fall classes. Please sign up to see Pat Morrow in the CCC to register.
• Free Dip N Dots for MCHS students with ID who attend Lacrosse Senior recognition game TODAY at 7PM
• Cusco Trip 2014 parent meeting, TODAY, April 24th at 7:00pm in Room 36.
• Tickets for Anything Goes are on sale in the quad at lunch for $12 students/seniors, and $15 for adults! Come to the show TODAY at 3:30pm, Thursday and Friday at 7:30pm and last show is Saturday at 2pm and 7:30pm. Hope to see you there!

• Looking for a way to unwind, relieve stress, clear your mind, and tap into your creative potential this summer? Then sign up for “Go With the Flow”, a week-long yoga, meditation, and creative writing workshop taught by Ms. Sieker. The workshop will run the week of July 8-12 from 1:15-4:25pm. This class is open to both current Costa students and alumni. No yoga experience is necessary! Online enrollment is available: www.psmanhattan.org. Click on “Camp VIP”. • Come join the Mira Costa Cheer Team! Tryouts are coming soon! Please pick up an information packet from the front office. The Cheer Team is under the new leadership of Head Coach Monica Bloodgood. See you there!
CLUBS/ORGANIZATIONS
• Come to Cuipo Club TODAY in Room 18 to help save the rainforest. Tropical rainforests use to cover 12% of the Earth’s land surface. Today less than 7% of Earth’s land is covered with these forests.
• Do you love science, technology, engineering, and/or math? Come to Room 75 to join GALS Club TODAY at lunch!
• Come to Cards for a Cause Club TODAY in Room 66. You can brighten someone’s day with a card and get community service hours. New members welcome!
• Sign up for the Richstone Family Center Pier-to-Pier walk on Saturday, April 27th! Register online at Richstonefamily.org or come to Room 18 Today at lunch.
• 4th Quarter Club Day forms are now being collected. Please submit them to Mrs. Claypoole, Kelly Geiser, or Roxy Vabrey no later than April 25th at 2:00pm.

SENIORS
• Seniors: You have 1 day left to pick up your graduation announcements! Come to Attendance Office TODAY from 2:00-3:30pm. If the announcements are not picked up, they will be sent back to Josten’s. Get your announcements TODAY, 2:00-3:30.
SPORTS
• Come out and support Mira Costa Hockey. JV play on Friday at 5:15 and Sunday at 1:45pm while the varsity team has a game on Saturday at 6pm. All games are at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo.
