STUDENT INFO
• Boys Tennis: There will be tryouts for new players on Monday, December 3rd, and Tuesday, December 4th, from 3-5 pm at the Costa tennis courts. Please come dressed to play. Players must attend both days.
• SAT Savvy Intensive Prep Sessions start 2nd Semester. 18 hours of instruction plus 4 practice tests. Come to Room 18, 50, or the cc for more info. www.satsavvy.info.
• Dodgeball Tournament sign ups at lunch in front of the student store now until Friday, December 7th. $2 per person and $10 per team + 1 alternate.
• Students and Faculty: come to the Joslyn Center THIS Saturday to celebrate MB’s 100th anniversary for a free lunch and discussion of the city’s past and future anytime between 9-3:45 pm.
• Want to go to Rome, Vatican City, Florence and Venice? Want to eat some of the best pasta and gelato? If so, come to the first informational meeting for Italy 2014 on Thursday, December 6th at lunch in Ms. Choi’s Room 223, to find out about a student discount! Ciao!
• Poetry Out Loud is happening Thursday, January 17th at 7pm in the Drama Room! See your English Teacher for details and an application! Applications are due December 21st to Ms. Sieker in Room 34.
• A memorial service for Mr. Fish will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 8:00am in the MCHS Auditorium.

• Come to Room 37 for Flashmob for Philanthropy Club TODAY and every Friday! You know you want to!
• Come to One Well At A Time Club TODAY and on Fridays in Room 67, Mr. Bartlett’s Room! Our first-every meeting is this Friday! Come help raise money to drill well in Uganda!
• Come get knighted by the king of Chess Club TODAY in Room 23 at lunch!
• Save the whales! Come to Ecology Club on Monday in Room 73. Lots of community service hours available!
• Fandom Club will be meeting TODAY and every Friday during lunch in Room 61! Come join!
• Come to Best Buddies TODAY in Room 22. Best Buddies is a club dedicated to helping supply those with mental disabilities with jobs and lives of their own. Plus, we’ll have cookies!

COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER
• College Financial Aid Information Night Monday, December 10th @ 7:00pm in the auditorium. We have a new presenter this year and recommend that families of all grade levels 9-12 attend this event to find ways to help afford college.
