• AVOID The LINES: Pre Sale Homecoming Football tickets available in the Admin office TODAY THRU THURSDAY, 10/18, 8:00-11:00. Cash or Checks only. Adults $7.00, Students/Children $3.00, Students with ASB sticker/under 3 are Free.
• ATTENTION STUDENTS: The newly designated lettered parking spaces in the Peck parking lot are assigned to staff members. Please discontinue parking in these spaces immediately.

• Do you have tech challenges? The Geek Squad is available to help. Come by the library during lunch to ask.
• If you would like to sign up for the blood drive, you can either sign up with an ASB member or see Mrs. Claypoole in Room 42. The blood drive is November 6th.
• Dance Team’s Annual Lip Sync is almost here! Sign up soon to get the song of your choice. Flyers will be available in the main hallway.
• IN-N-OUT Honor Roll Recognition Lunch – In-N-Out trucks will be returning to Mira Costa on Tuesday, October 16th to serve complimentary lunches to all students who earned a GPA or 3.5 or higher at Mira Costa last semester. All eligible students must bring their current Mira Costa I.D. to the school auditorium check-in area during the regular lunch period (12:21-12:51pm) in order to participate. Please check the Mira Costa Website or on the lists up in the cafeteria to see if you are on the list – the offices will be closed during the in/out lunch. If you are not on the list but feel you should be, please see your advisor before October 16th.
CLUBS/ORGANIZATIONS
• Come join Science Olympiad every Wednesday in Room 77. Members, please bring event sign-up forms.
• Investors’ Club will meet TODAY in Mr. Geczi’s Room 225. New members are always welcome!
• Cinema Club in hosting a Horror Video Festival. Bring your submission to Room 108 by October 19th. For more details, visit www.mcmediaarts.org.
• Come to Cinema Club TODAY at lunch in Room 108!
• Do you want to see Mr. Parks Ganguam Style?! And try some delicious Korean BBQ? Then come to Korean Culture Club TODAY in Room 109, the orchestra room!

• All students taking the PLAN test this Saturday, October 13th need to check the lists posted outside of the school office and library TODAY to find their testing room location. Students should arrive at 7:45am and bring a photo ID, two #2 pencils, and a calculator. If you signed up for the test and are not on one of the lists see Mrs. Folkman in the CCC.
