MCHS will be holding a lottery for the remaining 20 student parking spots in the Peck parking lot. Eligible students may enter their name in the drawing at the attendance office from TODAY through WED, 10/26/11; one entry per student. Entry forms are available in the attendance office during passing period, snack and lunch only. The drawing for the spots will be held in front of the administration building at lunch on FRI, 10/28/11. Winners need not be present to win and will be notified on TUE, 11/1/11.
• PARKING LOT CLOSURE REMINDER:
The Peck Faculty parking lot will close for construction of the new math/science building on Saturday, October 22, 2011. The lot will be closed for approximately 18 months while the construction is in progress. Please make alternate arrangements for drop off and pick up. The city is in the process of creating a drop off zone on both the east and west sides of campus. The west drop off zone runs along Meadows on the school side of the street from Keats to the north end of campus. The east drop off zone runs along the school side of Peck from Stadium Way to the stop sign at Nelson (formerly the entrance to the Peck Faculty lot). Please leave extra time in your morning and afternoon drop off routines to adjust for the new traffic patterns.
