STUDENT INFORMATION
• It’s time for the Neptunian Woman’s Club Art and Photo contest! Entry forms are available in the office or from Ms. Zask, Mr. Reichardt, Ms. Martin, Mr. Mellis’ room or Mr. Hernandez. Deadline to turn in entries is Tuesday January 18th, 2011.
• It’s time to start thinking about an SAT Prep Class, SAT Savvy is revving up for the March SAT exam. Join us. For more info come to Room 18 or Room 50.
• PSAT results will be distributed on Thursday, December 16th during snack and lunch in the Auditorium Foyer. Please be sure to come by and pick up your results. Thank you!
• There will be an introduction meeting for all students interested in the badminton team at lunch on Thursday December 16th in Room 57.
• Reminder: Be sure to pick up your PLAN test results TODAY during snack or lunch at the Auditorium in the foyer.
• Tis the season to get ugly. Don’t forget to wear your ugly sweaters this Friday, December 17th!
• Come Ride with the Spyder crew at Big Bear Mountain resorts! Get on the bus trip this Saturday December 18th and scope some free gear from Volcom, Electric, and NEFF. Snowboard videos and drinks on the way up. Sign-up sheets available in Room 40 or 43, or online at Spydersurf.com. For more info contact; Pono at SpyderSurf.com. (Ski trip previously sponsored by city of Manhattan Beach, Parks and Rec. department).

CLUBS / ORGANIZATIONS
• TLC: The Library Club meets during lunch in the library conference room TODAY. New members are welcome. Please bring your $5 quarterly dues.
• Come to Charitable Couture Fashion Club at lunch TODAY in Room 220. All are welcome! Snacks will be served.
• Habitat for Humanity will be having a special guest speaker TODAY! Don’t forget to bring $2 for pizza.
• Club Council meeting TODAY at lunch in Room 40.
• Come to Room 1 at lunch this Wednesday for the Young Democrat/ Young Republican debate.
• Animal Rights Club meeting TODAY at lunch in Room 46.
• Attention NHS Officers: This is a reminder that we will have an Executive Council meeting Wednesday, December 15th at lunch in Room 32.
SENIORS
• Attn Seniors: If you applied to Cal State San Marcos, Cal State Monterey Bay or Cal State Channel Islands you need to submit an official transcript in order for your application to be considered complete.
The due dates are:
San Marcos and Monterey Bay – transcript due by Dec. 15th
Channel Islands – transcript due by Jan. 31
Other Cal State campuses will notify you through your web portal account if they need a transcript.
SPORTS
• If you are interested in participating in the Soccer Tournament that will take place after Break, see Mrs. Claypoole in Room 43. 5 people per team, 1 alternate, 1 girl/boy, 3 varsity players max, $10 per team.
COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER
• Attention Juniors: PJ Test Prep is offering free SAT or ACT practice tests for our students. The tests are being administered on Sun., Jan. 16th and Sat., Jan 22nd. RSVP at www.pjtestprep.com. More info is available in the CCC.
FACULTY
