STUDENT INFORMATION
• It’s time for the Neptunian Woman’s Club Art and Photo contest! Entry forms are available in the office or from Ms. Zask, Mr. Reichardt, Ms. Martin, Mr. Mellis’ room or Mr. Hernandez. Deadline to turn in entries is Tuesday January 18th, 2011.
• It’s time to start thinking about an SAT Prep Class, SAT Savvy is revving up for the March SAT exam. Join us. For more info come to Room 18 or Room 50.
• PLAN test results are in. Please pick up your test results on Tuesday December 14th during snack or lunch in the Auditorium Foyer.
• PSAT results will be distributed on Thursday December 16th during snack and lunch in the Auditorium Foyer. Please be sure to come by and pick up your results. Thank you!
• The Choral department would like to invite everyone to join us for their annual Winter Concert, “This Shining Night” TODAY, December 13th at 7pm in the Mira Costa auditorium. This concert is free. Come enjoy a variety of singing styles to get you in the holiday mood.
• There will be an introduction meeting for all students interested in the badminton team at lunch on Thursday December 16th in Room 57.
CLUBS / ORGANIZATIONS
• TLC: The Library Club meets during lunch in the library conference room on Tuesday. New members are welcome. Please bring your $5 quarterly dues.
• Come to Charitable Couture Fashion Club at lunch on Tuesday in Room 220. All are welcome! Snacks will be served.
• New Channels Club will be meeting TODAY at lunch in Mr. Knutson’s room, Room 206.
• Come join Eco Club in Room 73 TODAY at lunch.
SENIORS
• Attn Seniors: If you applied to Cal State San Marcos, Cal State Monterey Bay or Cal State Channel Islands you need to submit an official transcript in order for your application to be considered complete.
The due dates are:
San Marcos and Monterey Bay – transcript due by Dec. 15th
Channel Islands – transcript due by Jan. 31
Other Cal State campuses will notify you through your web portal account if they need a transcript.

COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER
• Attention Juniors: PJ Test Prep is offering free SAT or ACT practice tests for our students. The tests are being administered on Sun., Jan. 16th and Sat., Jan 22nd. RSVP at www.pjtestprep.com. More info is available in the CCC.
