STUDENT INFORMATION.


• PTA’s Reflections Art contest is accepting your Art Photography, Film, Literature, Musical Composition or Dance Choreography entries. This year’s theme is “Together We Can” rules and forms are in the office deadline for submissions are Friday November 16th.

• Boys Basketball-tryouts for any boy who played a fall sport and has not previously tried out will be Tuesday, November 16th. Frosh @ 5-6:30 in small gym; JV’s 6:30-8:00 at MBMS.

• Just a quick shout-out! We received about 197 pints of blood from our annual fall Blood Drive. Great job everyone!

• The library will be closed throughout the school day November 16th, while district nurses conduct hearing tests. It will re-open from 3-5.

• Congratulations to the newly elected National Honor Society officers! The NHS executive council will add Vice President Trent Fujii, Secretary Shannon Hagedorn, Treasurer Marshall Pittman, and Historian Daina Rama to the governing body!


CLUBS / ORGANIZATIONS

• New Channels Club will be meeting TODAY at lunch in Mr.Knutson’s room, Room 201.

• Come to Eco Club TODAY at lunch in Room 73.

• Reflections Club will meet TODAY in Room 18 at lunch. Everyone is welcome to come and contribute to Mira Costa’s literary magazine.


SENIORS

• Senior class picture has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 16th, 9:30 am at Waller Stadium.

• Attention Seniors! The first deadline for senior ads is this Friday! Turn in completed AD and contract by Friday, November 19th to receive your 15% discount. Feel free to email [email protected] if you have any questions.
