STUDENT INFORMATION
• Pasta for Pennies is now taking place through May 28th in your 2nd period classes. Bring in money to donate to the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society. The class who collects the most money gets an Olive Garden catered pasta Party!
• Prom tickets are now on sale at the student store during lunch. Pick up a form in Room 43, find a date, and buy your bid! This week only prices are $160/couple and $85/individual with an ASB sticker, and $170/ couple and $90/individual without an ASB sticker. Prices go up next week, so hurry up and buy tickets to the 2010 MCHS Prom surely an “Affair to Remember”.
• If you do not meet the prerequisites for entrance into a class, we have a new waiver policy and process that you may want to explore. All info and forms are available on the website under forms and documents. Waiver requests are being accepted in the office now!
• LAST CHANCE: The waiver form deadline has been extended through this Friday, May 14th. Please be sure to turn in your forms by Friday in the office. Thank you.
• Students! If you would like to take 2 math or 2 science courses next year, you can! We want to make the changes now, so please make an appointment to see your counselor.
• ATTENTION next year’s Juniors and Seniors: Now is your chance to sign up for student parking next year. Come to the Guidance Office before/after school or during snack or lunch to sign up. Students are not allowed to sign up for their friends.
• This Friday, a-once-in-lifetime experience….a parent vs. student comedy sports match will be held. Tickets are $5.
• Do you have years of dance experience and love to dance? If so, talk to Mrs. Johnson in the Auditorium at snack to audition for Advanced Dance next year.
• Time to stock up on pleasure books for summer. The Library book swap has books you will want to read. Come to the library foyer to find cool books for hot summer.
