STUDENT INFORMATION
• If you do not meet the prerequisites for entrance into a class, we have a new waiver policy and process that you may want to explore. All info and forms are available on the website under forms and documents. Waiver requests are being accepted in the office now!
• Students! If you would like to take 2 math or 2 science courses next year, you can! We want to make the changes now, so please make an appointment to see your counselor.
• Do you have years of dance experience and love to dance? If so, talk to Mrs. Johnson in the Auditorium at snack to audition for Advanced Dance next year.
• ATTENTION next year’s Juniors and Seniors: Now is your chance to sign up for student parking next year. Come to the Guidance Office before/after school or during snack or lunch to sign up. Students are not allowed to sign up for their friends.
• This is your last chance to joint the MCHS Student Government of 2010-2011! Come to one of the mandatory meetings at lunch Tuesday or Friday. Hope to see you there!
• All Model UN students going to Davis: Mandatory meeting on Friday, May 7th at lunch in Room 201
• Buy your Grad Nite tickets in the Quad at lunch. If you buy before May 15 you will be in the drawing for a $100 gift certificate from Surf Concepts. This year’s party will be better than ever so don’t miss out!
• The Book Swap is back in the Library. Our generous community has provided books to swap. Take a book, leave a book in the Library’s foyer.
• Last chance to sign up for the SAT Savvy Intensive Prep course. The MCHS class starts May 8th in Room 18. Go to Rm.18, 50, or the CCC for more info.
CLUBS / ORGANIZATIONS
• Dimes for Diabetes meeting TODAY in Room 30!
• Come learn American Sign Language. Club meets Friday at lunch in Room 125. It’s fun and easy!
• Pink Ribbon Club meeting TODAY at lunch in Room 67.
SENIORS

• TODAY is the last day to submit pics for the senior slide show so make sure to email them to [email protected] or to turn them into the yellow box in the office.
• Attention Seniors: Your Naviance password has been changed to your student ID. Please log on to your Naviance account using your email address as your username and your student ID as your password. Add your college applications, results, and the college you are attending. The information is important for our district records and to ensure that the Registrar sends your final transcript to the correct college.
SPORTS
• Please excuse the Varsity Softball team at 1:15 PM for their game at Leuzinger.
COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER
• A representative from El Camino will be in the CCC Thursday, May 6, during 5th period to talk about the Transfer Program. No sign-ups required.
