STUDENT INFORMATION

• Mira Costa is in the running to have power 106 take over our campus for a day with a performance by Justin Bieber and DJ Felli Fel. Vote everyday on www.power106.com between January 18th-31st

• It’s time for the Neptunian Women’s Club Art and Photo Contest! Entry forms are available in the office or from Ms. Zask, Mr. Reichardt, Mr. Mellis, Mr. Hillger or Mr. Hernandez. Deadline to turn in entries is Thursday, Feb. 4th.

• Mira Costa Choir invites you to our first Video Game Tournament Fundraiser. Saturday, January 30, 2010. Start time 11am, price $30. Tournament winner will receive $200.00. Please pick up entry form in Choir Room (RG16).

• All students signed up for the 2010 France trip with Mrs. Gonalons must come to our first lunch meeting Friday, February 5th in Room 207.

CLUBS / ORGANIZATIONS


SENIORS

• Financial Aid Presentation for Senior parents is Wednesday, January 20th at 7pm in the Auditorium. A speaker will be there to talk about FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and to answer financial aid questions.

• The last Senior Scholarship Notebook information meeting is the 21st in the CCC during lunch. It is mandatory for all seniors to attend one of these meetings if they are turning in a scholarship notebook.

SPORTS

• Interested in Sailing? Want to join the Sailing Team? Contact Jordan Martucci or John Paul or come to Mr. Knutson Room 201 TODAY.

• Please excuse all Boys Soccer players at 1:40pm for games at Redondo.

COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER

• PSAT score information night on TODAY at 7pm in the Auditorium. A representative from Princeton Review will be there to discuss the PSAT and help students and parents understand their scores.
